Breakfast Club

Early risers is available every morning from 7.45 until school begins at 8.40. All children are welcome; Nursery and Reception children are taken to class by Mrs Corney

Cost – £2.00 per session

The children have choice of cereals, toast, baked bean toasties and a drink

During Early Risers children can do activities such as , painting, crafts, freeplay, computers are available and on a Friday we have a film.

Our children say Early Risers is fun and relaxing. No booking is required.

Our children also have a bagel in class to start their day, these are supplied by National Breakfast

After School Clubs

MPS Fun Club runs each day until 5.00pm . Places will be allocated on first come first served basis.

The longer session (until 5.00pm) costs £10.00 Places need to be booked in advance & we need a completed registration form for each child (forms are available from the office).

If your child joins a club they are expected to turn up unless we have a note in advance. You will be charged for the session if you do not give notice. If you are working you may be able to receive the Childcare element of the Working Tax Credit to help you pay for the costs of your childcare. To check your eligibility and to apply go online at www.taxcredits.inlandrevenue.gov.uk

Table Tennis Club

The After School Table Tennis sessions take place at school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 till 4.30 and are run by Brighton Table Tennis club. The sessions will be drop in and will cost £1. Please note this club is not running at present.

Little Green Pig Writing Club

We are excited to be working with local charity Little Green Pig again this year. They now offer a brilliant after-school club each Tuesday but places are limited. Please sign-up early to avoid disappointment!-Please note that this club is running on Zoom at present.

We are so proud and excited to share the latest offering of writings and drawings from some of the young people in our after-school programmes created within our online clubs during the lockdown period.

22 children took part in our ‘Wild Wild World’ project, taking time to think about the world as they see it, and the world they hope to see in the future beyond the lockdown era we’re currently experiencing.

So, sit back and enjoy a collection of wild imaginations, wild thoughts and wild ideas from our young people’s Wild Wild World online publication (click on the link, scroll down past the top photo and click on the leafy publication cover to take you to the issuu website).
